An amazing place to work Pros:Flowium is the kind of place that transforms your professional journey. From the culture to the team, everything is designed to support your growth and development. During my time at Flowium, I felt truly valued. The CEO is approachable and engaged with the team, and everyone shares a "let's grow together" mindset. It’s a collaborative, supportive environment where your success is genuinely a shared priority. Cons:Due to currency differences and economic nuances between Latin America and North America, compensation may not always be as competitive, especially when compared to local market standards in some regions.

Exceptional Training, Supportive Team, and Outstanding Compensation Pros:I am absolutely thrilled to be a part of this outstanding company. The training program they provide is nothing short of exceptional, and the seamless transition from training to production has been an incredibly rewarding experience. What truly sets this company apart is the collaborative and supportive environment fostered by the amazing team members, including my approachable and insightful design lead. And let's not forget the generous compensation package, which is truly a testament to their commitment to employee satisfaction. In sum, I couldn't be happier with my decision to join this company – it's a dream workplace that truly values its employees' growth and well-being. The Culture & Team are unmatched Pros:Flowium really does lead with industry knowledge in email marketing. They are constantly adding to their YouTube channel, releasing new episodes on their podcast, and always strive to deliver high quality service to their clients. I see this first hand & love being a part of a team that is innovative. My favorite perks are working with the team as they are supportive, always willing to help, and the culture is amazing. There are so many experts in eCommerce & they all share their talents and knowledge openly. It's nice to feel valued with your contributions as well. Cons:The industry is constantly changing, so you have to be willing to adapt - and sometimes those adaptions are very fast. 🙂

Remote Work Done Right Pros:I've been through some boundary-crossing, burnout-inducing work-from-home situations before. Flowium is the exact opposite of every bad experience I've had. Autonomy, power over my schedule/time. No micromanaging. Opportunities to learn from each other's successes without wasteful, nonsense meetings. Using Loom, Slack, and Asana to communicate is the perfect amount of collaboration/structure with all the freedom I've been looking for. The culture is all about lifting each other up and maintaining a balance (asking for help if you need it). Cons:I don't care how cheesy it is: The con is I didn't find them sooner.

The Best Place I've Worked Pros:Flowium has the most amazing communicative executive team, they give you extensive training, room and opportunities for constant growth, and never let you feel like you can't ask questions. The work dynamic is always so positive and I love working with an international team. They care about your professional and personal growth and encourage you to spend time outside of work to make yourself better when in it. I've worked many different different jobs and there's truly no place like Flowium. Cons:I can't think of any specific cons but maybe you're looking for more benefits or are not used to a remote working situation.

Flexible, Friendly, and Fun - that's Flowium Pros:Flowium has flexible work hours, a great team, and innovative practices and processes. There are a lot of reasons that this is one of the best jobs I've ever had, but one of the main ones is that the leadership team has the team's back, and they show this in many ways: whether it's work culture, client communication, or internal process, they always listen to feedback and take team opinions into account when making decisions. Cons:As with any client facing role, there are challenges. Similarly, because work time is flexible, it's sometimes difficult to find work-life balance.

Best working experience and always room for growth Pros:Flexible schedule, remote work, great company culture, learn something new every day, and a team eager to support you and work together. I have grown so much since working at FLOWIUM, this company really shows how they value their employees and you always have support no matter what obstacle you encounter. Work/life balance and the health and wellness of the entire team are extremely important here and I am so lucky to be a part of a team like this. Cons:I wouldn't call this a con, however, it is essential that you are highly organized and communicate very efficiently otherwise it could be a stressful position to be in. However, there are tons of training, support, and guidance from our internal team to help avoid a stressful work environment.

Remote agency life at its best! Pros:Flowium is THE place to meet amazing people, challenge yourself and grow as a professional. This is the most organized company ever with each process thought through and a wonderful leadership team that provides constant support. Even though it's a fully remote environment, there's no lack of culture and communication as over-communication is encouraged. If you are in a client-facing role, you'll have plenty of internal meetings with multiple opportunities to talk about your challenges and receive answers to questions and extra support from your peers. The company invests in your education and your growth, so you just need to be willing to take advantage of all of the opportunities that are provided. There are weekly trainings, education allowances, opportunities to attend virtual and in-person conferences. It's a perfect playground for someone who wants to advance and grow. I really appreciated the open PTO policy, it's wonderful if you can take advantage of it. Cons:There may be some cons for you if you are looking for more benefits, are used to an office environment or don't like to be challenged on a daily basis 🙂

Incredibly Supportive and Many Growth Opportunities Pros:Everyone at this company has been supportive of all my needs, and I have found a great mentor here. The company processes are very easy to understand. Flowium also offers training and technology reimbursement, and encourages a wellness mindset that is refreshing in this (or any) industry. Because everyone works remotely, it can be difficult to meet up, but there are weekly coffee-houses, monthly meetings, and other opportunities to "see" your colleagues formally and informally. There are also virtual field trips for employees for some fun interactions. As others have mentioned, one of the best things about Flowium is that your work time is free, as long as you complete your assigned tasks on time. I feel extremely lucky to work at Flowium, and highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a forward-thinking employer. Cons:Sometimes there is not enough work to go around, but Flowium is growing and adding new clients every day, so I anticipate that will change rapidly.

Best place for growth and improvement Pros:The company is growing every day and with that we have a chance to grow with it. Every day new challenges arise and we are here to find a solution and deal with them. In my opinion, this kind of environment is the best for people who want to grow professionally and are not scared of challenges. Cons:The same things that are Pros for some people, for others are Cons. The fast moving environment and industry are not something most people can handle. So, if you don't have the nerve and the will to grow and learn in a fast moving space, it will be hard for you to work there. There is no place like Flowium. Pros:Flowium was easily the best place I have ever worked at. It was a place where I was encouraged to learn as much as possible about email marketing. It was a place where I was given the space to grow and advance my career. It was the place that helped me become passionate about email marketing because everyone else is so passionate. I made some lifelong friends at Flowium. It was okay to make mistakes because those mistakes were all part of my growth and becoming better than what I was. At Flowium, you are part of something that is so much bigger than yourself. You have the opportunity to impact small businesses in such a positive way and be part of a multi-cultural team that is so diverse. I am so grateful to have been given the chance to be part of this team. Cons:Flowium is a growing company so there were some limitations around compensation (not for me but for other team members) when I worked here. I know this is something that management is actively trying to improve. I think also because Flowium is growing, team members sometimes have to wear many hats and without the right boundaries, it's easy to get burnt out. But this is not exclusive to Flowium. This happens at many companies.

Great company to work for Pros:Flowium is one of the best companies I've worked for. The staff is like a large family and that makes work fun. In my interactions with other staff, I've noticed their professionalism. There are in-house promotions for most roles which I think is great. The upper management, including the CEO, is available and there are always open channels for communication. Cons:None that I can think of. Just that it is still a small company. Growing fast though. Great team, independent work, feels like more than just a job! Pros:Flowium is a great team to work for. Some of the PROs of working there include: 1. every team member is extremely welcoming and very supportive of each other, so you have help every step of the way. 2. There is a lot of autonomy and trust placed on employees, so you are able to create your own flexible schedule, work with clients individually and showcase your ideas and strategies to better improve the client relationship. 3. The company really cares about their employees and often invests in educational programs, employee benefits that can help them learn and improve in their role, frequent team trainings and brainstorming sessions, so you feel like you are always up to date and have what you need to succeed. 4. Team building: because Flowium is remote, feeling like you are part of a team can be challenging, but Flowium works hard to make sure there is a bond between employees even though everyone is remote! Cons:Some of the CONs about working at Flowium include: 1. since you get assigned many clients at once, it can be hard to manage all of their tasks and work can get overwhelming if you don't have great time management and organizational skills. 2. Since you are the account manager, all project responsibility falls on you including when something is done right or wrong. You are responsible for your team and their mistakes which can sometimes make the job very high stress (especially during time crunches) 3. Clients can be very challenging and demanding to work with so it can be very overwhelming for someone who has a tough time setting boundaries *although the company is investing in trainings for the team* 4. There are no health benefits Advice to Management:Continue to develop educational programs to make sure everyone has the help they need to succeed including different ways to A/B test, different strategies to improve flows, different ways in which optimization can happen.

Great people, a lot of learning opportunity, mostly flexible schedule Pros:Flowium truly has the most helpful, honest, and kind people. Everyone on the team goes above and beyond to help each other. Really great culture, I will miss it. Their training is really impressive. You always know exactly what you have to do, everything is extremely well documented. So you can gain serious expertise in new fields really quickly and start executing on it immediately. You will become a pro in no time. Your schedule is very flexible. You of course need to attend all your client meetings and get all your work done, but WHEN you get your work done doesn't really matter. There are some growth opportunities as the company expands. Most of them come in the form of learning new skills, taking on and building new company processes or service fields, and taking on more advanced clients. Cons:Since you're responsible for your clients, their strategy, and working with copy/design/tech team to get things done, sometimes the work can all pile up all at once. Some days can be very heavy and other days light, just depending on where things are in the pipeline. So while yes, you have flexible hours, the demands of your tasks will of course reduce the flexibility. But with practice, you can fix this - just the nature of work. I think the pay is a bit low, and I don't prefer to be paid through Upwork, but if you really care about flexibility and learning, it is good enough.
