Focus on strategies and actions that directly contribute to increasing Flowium’s revenue, ensuring that the sales team meets or exceeds its financial targets.
Develop tailored sales approaches for our Ideal Client Profiles.
Oversee our CRM (Pipedrive) to improve tracking and management of sales.
Optimize the sales funnel to improve lead nurturing and conversion rates.
Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team (currently a team of 5), ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to succeed.
Monitor individual and team performance, providing feedback, coaching, and development opportunities to help them achieve their targets.
Conduct sales training sessions to enhance the team’s skills, particularly in areas like negotiation, objection handling, and closing deals.
Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship to improve individual and team performance.
Track and report on sales metrics, such as revenue, conversion rates, deal forecasts, and sales cycle length.
Analyze sales data to identify trends, strengths, and areas for improvement.
Stay informed about competitors’ activities and market trends to ensure the sales team remains competitive.
Experience in Marketing and Sales.
Email Marketing Experience is a Plus: Knowledge in the email marketing industry, dynamics, client needs, and competitive landscapes.
CRM Experience: We work in Pipedrive, but any experience is better than none.
Leadership Skills: Strong ability to lead, motivate, and develop a sales team, with experience in coaching and mentoring.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals and drive revenue.
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze sales data, market trends, and performance metrics to inform strategy and decision-making.
Time Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, set priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
