We are looking for a Virtual Assistant who will oversee an assortment of tasks like managing our podcast, blog, video production tasks, conducting research, staying on top of database and internal documentation, and handling other organizational tasks.
We’re looking for a person who is organized and detail-oriented with a high level of responsiveness and self-organization. They should have the ability to calmly manage multiple projects and priorities.
Hours are flexible but there will be a few occasions when you’ll be expected to work additional hours on certain evenings and weekends during a launch or other event. That will only happen a few times every year and we’ll make sure to give you a heads up about the extra workload well in advance.
We are looking for long term, committed individuals who are wanting to establish a career for themselves.
The assigned tasks can vary from week to week based on company needs. The following tasks are a sampling of what is typically required:
Project Management / Lead skills
CRM management
Providing leads to the sales team
Optimization of the processes
Ability to perform timely and accurate completion of electronic data entry
Accurately resolve queries data queries
Communicate and escalate incomplete or missing data
Communicate and escalate data point discrepancies
Assist Senior Team Member when necessary
Other duties as assigned
You need to be highly organized and detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects and priorities.
You should be an efficient self-manager who enjoys working remotely with little oversight.
While experience with some or all of the technology platforms that we use is ideal, we are willing to train the right candidate. However, the ability to embrace and master new technology quickly is an absolute must.
