Partner Manager

Remote / Full-time position (40 hours per week) / Salary + Commission based on performance

Position Overview

We are looking for a Partner Manager who will establish and nurture relationships with various partners to drive lead generation and foster collaboration through various marketing initiatives. You’ll work to facilitate the exchange of leads between our agency and our partners. You’ll also collaborate closely with our Sales Team, to drive new business their way.

We are seeking long-term, committed individuals who aspire to establish a career with us, going beyond just fitting in to actively enhancing our team.

No prior experience as a partner manager is required. We will teach you everything you need to know and do; however, you’ll need to be coachable, willing to learn, and show the determination to further advance and develop your skills.

Responsibilities

  • Available during EST working hours. 
  • Attends weekly team meetings and occasional training sessions. 
  • Responsible for conducting monthly meetings with partners. 
  • Refers and tracks the status of leads sent to partners.
  • Generates leads from our partners and introduces them to our sales team. 
  • Collaborate with partners to develop joint marketing initiatives and campaigns that drive lead generation for both parties.
  • Works in collaboration with the Sales Team to achieve our quarterly and yearly goals.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and partner updates.

Required Skills

  • A Self-Starter
    You must be a person who can work effectively without regularly needing instruction on what to do. We are looking for people who are motivated to grow within the company.
  • Fluent in English with Excellent Communication Skills
    Since you will work with our international partners, you should be fluent in English.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills are also crucial. 
    You will be expected to conduct timely and effective communication to engage with personnel across various levels, from mid to top-level executives, fostering meaningful interactions in a business-to-business (B2B) context.

  • Organizational
    Strong organizational skills are essential, as you will be working with CRM and project management tools to coordinate with the team internally and with partners externally.

Nice To Have

  • Marketing experience, either from education or previous work experience. 
  • Client-facing experience.
