Account Executive

Position Overview

As an Account Executive for Flowium, you will be responsible for prospecting cold leads, generating and taking sales calls, effective follow-ups, and closing new deals.

To be successful in the Account Executive role, you will need to have a deep understanding of the sales process and dynamics with superb interpersonal and social skills. Previous experience in a sales role is necessary. Experience in eCommerce and/or digital marketing is a plus. We are looking for Account Executives to work in the U.S. market, and you must speak fluent English.

Your Responsibilities

  • Represent our company during every level of communication with our potential and current clients.
    • Including but not limited: to in-person or online meetings, phone calls, email or mail communication, conferences/events, etc.  
  • Contributes to and leads sales meetings, presentations, and other communications with potential clients driving success through signed contracts.
  • Represents Flowium in an honest, positive portrayal to continue building our reputation, encouraging long-term commitment to customer retention and growth.
  • Continually uses and creates strategies to connect, communicate, and establish relationships with potential clients:
    • Prospecting cold leads
    • Generating scheduled calls 
    • Using Pipedrive to keep track of communication and leads 
    • Effectively following up through necessary channels and timelines
    • Proactively responding to potential and current clients, maintaining lead retention
  • Works with our internal team to efficiently launch signed contracts/projects.
    • Using Asana, Slack, and email to efficiently and effectively communicate and complete tasks.

Required Experience & Skills

  • Experience in sales and prospecting.
  • Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
  • A commitment to excellent customer service.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers.
  • Computer, webcam, mic & reliable internet access is a must.
  • Computer literate & savvy.
  • Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.
