– In today’s video, I will show you how to integrate Stamped.io with Klaviyo and how to segment your users based on activities they did in Stamped.io. Okay. So first of all, you need to login to your Klaviyo account as well as your Stamped.io account. So let’s do it. Okay. So I have my Stamped.io as well as Klaviyo open. After you login, click on your account and click Users. Then click on Apps. And now we need to look for Klaviyo. It’s right here. So click Klaviyo. Click Install App. And now we need Site ID and Private API Key. Where to find it? There’s another video I recorded about finding API. I will include under this video as well as in the cart. So click there if you don’t know how to find it. Okay. So now I need to create new API key. And I will call it Stamped.io Stamped.io Save API key. And I will copy this API key. This one is and… put it in Private API Key. And also I will copy Site ID and put it here and click Save. It might take a few minutes and now we will do Sync Customer Properties and Sync Unsubscribers. It will sync the historic data. For example, if you’re running Stamped.io for a while and that information is not in Klaviyo, now by clicking sync those things, it will populate back in Klaviyo. So now let’s go to Klaviyo. Click Lists & Segments. And how can you find that data in Klaviyo from Stamped.io? Create Lists & Segments. Segments. And let’s do temp. temp. Stamped.io And let’s do Properties about someone. You see, when you type in stamped, it’s all information that you can get from Stamped.io, so let’s do… stamped_last_review_score is equal, let’s say, do five. See how many people have left five review star. So we see 226 members. The last review they left, it was five star. In this example, you can follow up with them and say like, hey, thank you for leaving my five-star review and so forth. And as you can see, there’s a bunch of different options. Stamped, nps_date, nps_score, review_date, review_score, send_date, and so forth. So base, think creatively how you can leverage that data to automate your flows or maybe unsuppress some people. Maybe if they’re leaving you bad reviews, maybe you do not want to send them marketing emails and so forth. If you have any additional questions about this video or related to Klaviyo or Stamped.io, leave them below in questions and I will be glad to respond to all of them. Thank you.
