Position Overview

We are looking for detail-oriented hard workers with incredible communication skills to join our team as Account Managers. As an Account Manager, you need to know how to get along with just about anyone you meet, oversee our agency-client relationships, build strategies to suit each client’s needs, and lead every part of our team – from the copywriters to the technical experts – to make sure we hit our deadlines and deliver excellent results.

You’ll work with different clients representing a ton of different industries – no two days are the same as an account manager at Flowium.


We expect our Account Managers to…

  • Work with our strategists and team members to develop and implement bespoke email marketing strategies for our clients
  • Coordinate with every group at Flowium to keep projects moving forward and execute your strategy
  • Develop a general understanding of Klaviyo and its functionalities. That means being comfortable scheduling flows and campaigns and collaborating with Klaviyo technicians to make sure everything is running smoothly
  • Digest analytics and adjust segments, lists, and templates as necessary to optimize strategy and improve our approach on the fly
  • Invent new and creative ways to implement the most popular strategies in email marketing
  • Boost clients’ subscriber engagement and revenue numbers

Required Skills and Experience

Responsibility & Accountability

Our account managers are the face of Flowium, and should be responsible and detail-oriented. We want our clients to know that they are in good hands.

Fluent in English with Excellent Communication Skills

Since you will be having weekly calls with American clients, you should be fluent in English. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are also crucial.

Time Management

You’ll be expected to juggle your own work schedule along with the schedules of team members operating across many different time zones. You’ll need terrific time management skills to hit deadlines and deliver excellent results.

Communication Skills

Account managers are great notetakers and comfortable conversationalists that intuitively understand how to best communicate with clients. Whether you’re writing a quick email or hopping on an hour-long call, you should be able to get your point across quickly and clearly.

Nice to Have

(But not required)

Marketing experience (and passion!)

While not required, experience working with email marketing platforms like Klaviyo and MailChimp is a big plus, as is experience in copywriting and email design. You should be eager to learn about how email marketing works and be genuinely curious about its nuances. Genuine curiosity goes a long way.

There is a two-step interweaving process planned. The first step is a basic interview with Flowium HR member. The second interview will be arranged with senior Account Manager.


Training course

You’ll go through a brief (and paid) training period to learn some email marketing basics. We’ll then ask you to take a quick test to demonstrate those skills.


If all goes well, we’ll offer you the job and begin onboarding!
