One of the most common questions people ask us is how to attach a pdf to a marketing email. The short answer is, you can’t. Besides, if you do that, you risk ending up in the dreaded spam folder.

BUT there is a way around it.

– The most common question I get all the time is, “How can I attach PDF or some kind of file to my email?” So the quick answer, you cannot do that anymore. Yes, yes. You heard it right, you cannot do that. However, I’ll show you the proper way to do it. The better way to do it. If you even manage to attach the file to the email, marketing emails, 99% chance, it will end up in spam folder. So what is the solution? So the answer is you should use Google Drive or Dropbox. Both software are free and you should place your file there, generate a link and send it to your customers. However, there’s few things you need to know about before you do it, so please follow me. First, I need to click here, Get link, change it, anyone with link can view, Done. Copy link, so I have that link and the last thing to do before you copy that link and put it in your email and send it out, go to your browser, open incognito mode, because it happens so many times to me and our clients that you did that link but for some reason it’s not opening.
