In this video, I will show you how to add a new user to the Klaviyo account. This feature was not available in the past. You had to contact the support team to add a new feature.
Recently they released this option to everybody. Now you can add new users and they have 5 different roles with different access to the account.
– [Andriy] Hi, is this Andriy from email marketing and OIC. And today I will show you how to add new users to your Klaviyo account. In the past, you were not able to do that by yourself. You had to contact the support team to add new user. In the past they had only three user roles, which is, was owner, admin and manager. So owner as there can be only one owner per account, and that owner can, has all access to all features. In addition, he can, or she can close the account, manager, sorry, admin has the same rights are as owner, but they cannot close the account. And manager, they have access to all features, but they are not able to export emails. Also, they don’t have access to IPI. And recently, recently they added three more user roles to the account. campaign coordinator, content creator, and analyst. So how to add those users. So if you go under your name on the top right corner, you have to be either admin or owner to be able to do that. You click on account and on, on their accounts you click on settings and you click users and here you have all existing users. And to add new, you click on, add new you type their email and you pick, and you also scrolls by the way, if you want to learn more, you have this option and you can see what, what they can see or not. But basically analysts, they can see only data, but they are in that. Able to add it, anything on your account, each can see just numbers, statistics, open rate, click rate, anything related to data. Campaign coordinator. Sorry. So let’s start from content creator, Content creator it’s a person who does not see any numbers. They don’t see dollar signs. They didn’t see how many sales you made. They can just add it templates. They can create campaigns, they can create flows, but they are not able to send campaigns. They are only creating stuff. Campaign coordinator has very similar rights as content creator, but they are able to schedule and send campaigns. So those are five roles. And the sixth role is the owner. So now, I mean, this is very cool feature because before you have to wait until support team is on the line. Before you can add any new users. Now you can add those user by yourself.
