Marzena is the CPO in our organization and has over 15 years of experience working in Human Resources. She joined Flowium in 2020 and oversees the entire spectrum of human resources functions to support the business. She is a member of the Executive Board and Flowium Council. One thing she loves about HR is how the field is constantly growing and changing from compliance with new laws to technology and peopleโs expectations.
