Working with Flowium was a great experience, and we appreciate their dedication to making our new preference page fit our brand. The communication and details of the strategy has been great, lots of work has been done and we’ve seen an immediate benefit. The fresh design of the emails has given our own design-minded team some things to consider and look forward to in regards to overall brand approach. The flows and architecture of the Klaviyo program has helped in other areas as well when thinking about personas and remarketing efforts.
Our sales through non-paid channels have increased dramatically. Before Flowium our email flows were a handful of post-purchase emails designed to address specific concerns, but the emails set up by Flowium have given us the ability to convey our brand identity in a more positive and coherent manner. They have also segmented out our audiences much more effectively, so we are able to target specific purchasers with emails that are relevant to their experience.
We are now making money from email whereas we were not before. The automated sequence also gives some voice to our brand and builds resonance with our customers because we are consistently contacting them.
We have seen e-commerce sales grow drastically in a short amount of time. We are also engaging with our customers better through thought provoking customer feedback campaigns.

I worked with Flowium on a Mailchimp to Klaviyo migration. Andriy is very methodical and good at what he does. He lays out a plan and sticks to it, but most importantly he makes you stick to the plan as well. He will push a project forward even if the going gets tough and he does not give up. Andriy was always willing to get on a call and talk things through and he is concerned with making sure that you feel good about where the project is and if you’re not, he’ll fix it. I highly recommend Andriy.
