Position Overview

We are looking for a Partner Relations Specialist who will work in close collaboration with our Sales Team. We are looking for long term, committed individuals who are wanting to establish a career for themselves.

Responsibilities

  • Developing strong partnerships with colleagues across various eCommerce businesses
  • Acquires partnership contracts for referrals and works to ensure a collaborative relationship
  • Works on leads and pursues business opportunities for our team
  • Liaison between our partner referrals and our Sales Team
  • Holds virtual presentations for potential partners and their referrals of Flowium’s services
  • Performs webinars for various partnerships to feature Flowium’s services
  • May require in-person network events and some light travel (a few times per year)
  • Acquires partner contracts with technology partners which may benefit our client’s accounts, which includes teaching & educating our internal team the benefits of each partnership.
  • Works with the Sales Team in collaboration to reach our quarterly and yearly sales goals
  • Attends Sales Team meetings and trainings
  • Drives business development activities to strengthen Flowium’s market position within the Email Marketing Industry
  • Tracks leads using Pipedrive, Asana, and other internal programs

Required Skills and Experience

1 year experience in email marketing and/or 1 year experience in Klaviyo

Driving results for our clients is the most important thing we do. You must have experience creating email marketing strategies and be comfortable working in Klaviyo. You should be someone who loves testing and using data to develop your strategy.

Fluent in English with Excellent Communication Skills

Since you will be having weekly calls with American clients, you should be fluent in English. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are also crucial.

Time Management

You’ll be expected to juggle your own work schedule along with the schedules of team members operating across many different time zones. Working early EST hours may be required.
You’ll need terrific time management skills to hit deadlines and deliver excellent results.

Communication Skills

Email Marketing Specialists are great notetakers and comfortable conversationalists that intuitively understand how to best communicate with clients. Whether you’re writing a quick email or hopping on an hour-long call, you should be able to get your point across quickly and clearly.
