Position Overview

We are looking for an IT professional who will be responsible for the day-to-day technical operations.

Your Responsibilities

Setting up emails for the team (we use G Suite)
Setting up different cloud based software accounts
Resolving and helping with various technical issues
Keeping up to date with the latest technologies and recommend changes where they are relevant
To be polite and helpful to internal and external staff

Required Skills and Experience

You’re extremely detail-oriented — you should have a knack for seeing both the granular details and their larger effects at the same time (ie: seeing both the trees and the forest)
You have strong English skills (you should be able to maintain technical conversations)
You’re highly organized and gifted time manager
You are a self-starter and are not afraid of taking the initiative
You have great communication skills and can explain complex problems in simple terms

Nice to Have

(But not required)

Experience working with WordPress platform and its plugins
Experience working with other email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, SendinBlue…)
Experience working with web hosting platforms
Experience working with Asana, G-Suite, Slack, Zoom and others
Experience creating mind maps for Flowcharts
