The flow targets subscribers who have been inactive for 60 days. Previously missing from the account, it was designed to re-engage dormant customers and recover lost revenue by bringing them back into the buying cycle.
Flowium implemented continuous A/B testing on the highest revenue-driving flows, specifically the Welcome Flow and Checkout Abandonment Flow. Multiple variables were tested, including subject lines, send timing and message delays, offer vs. no-offer strategies, and dynamic product blocks versus static imagery and category-based layouts.
We implemented a Sunset Flow to improve deliverability by re-engaging inactive subscribers and removing consistently disengaged contacts, keeping the account healthy and optimized for sustainable growth.
We redesigned the first-purchase experience and rebuilt repeat customer flows with new strategy, copy, and design to drive second- and third-purchase conversions.
