Lulalu, a women’s lingerie brand specifically targeting women with below average bust sizes, approached Flowium to enhance their email marketing efforts.

They were seeking to increase their revenue from email campaigns, refine their email capture strategy, and ensure they were maximizing their email marketing potential.

When Lulalu approached Flowium, they lacked an email automation strategy. Recognizing the potential for substantial improvement, Flowium began by implementing a custom lifecycle flow strategy, supplemented with a range of advanced flows targeting specific customer behaviors on their website.

Here’s How We Approached The Project

This is how we turned Lulalu’s challenges into opportunities for growth.

Campaign Performance:

The open rate for campaigns increased from 27.88% in 2020 to 45.53% in 2022, indicating a much higher level of engagement with the email content. Additionally, the total campaign recipients almost doubled, expanding the reach of Lulalu’s email marketing.

The Klaviyo attributed revenue also saw an impressive increase from $406,525.71 in 2020 to $519,432.88 in 2022, indicating a positive impact on Lulalu’s bottom line.

Flow Performance:

For flow emails, the open rate improved from 30.65% in 2020 to 42.78% in 2022, and the total flow recipients increased significantly, demonstrating the effectiveness of our personalized and triggered email strategies.

Form Performance:

Form views saw a massive jump, increasing from 3,788 in 2020 to 2,141,600 in 2022. The number of subscribers also grew substantially, from 9,060 in 2020 to 15,593 in 2021, demonstrating successful growth in Lulalu’s email list.
