Onboarding starts with a Kick Off Call where you’ll meet your dedicated team: Project Manager, Strategist, Copywriter, Designer, and Email Marketing Technician. You’ll align on goals, review creative expectations, and set timelines.
Afterwards, your Project Manager and Strategist will dig into your account and create a roadmap for your first 3 months and year ahead. Our tech team will handle your eCommerce integration and account setup, and we’ll work behind the scenes to ensure your client dashboard and Slack channel are up and running for smooth collaboration.
We’ll also run a Deliverability Audit to assess sender reputation and inbox placement, then optimize based on findings. You’ll finish onboarding with 5 high-impact Showcase Emails and a sign-up strategy crafted specifically for your brand.
We have auto-renewing month-to-month, 6-month, and yearly agreements with a 30-day cancellation period. To demonstrate the full value of our service and ensure a proper return, we like to establish long-term partnerships with brands. That’s why we offer a 10% discount for a 6-month agreement and a 20% discount for 12-month agreements.
