We’re looking for an HR/Recruitment Manager — a people person who will keep our team fresh and friendly by focusing on job design, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training & development, and talent management.
You’ll be asked to help ensure our incredible team is happy and fulfilled while working to add more great people to the Flowium.
We’re open to training and mentoring the right candidate, so please don’t worry if you haven’t been asked to do some of the things on this list before.

As our HR/Recruitment manager, you’ll represent Flowium when you communicate with applicants interested in working with us. You will be the face of our company, so professionalism, a sense of responsibility and strong attention to detail are essential.
We want to work with people who are passionate, energetic and dedicated to what they do. We’ll go out of our way to give you everything you need to succeed, but we also expect you to be an independent self-starter who takes the initiative to help us improve.
Are you the kind of person who could help start a great friendship between people who didn’t know each other before? As an HR/Recruitment manager at Flowium, you should have a perfect understanding of our values and needs and an appetite to look for perfect matches while recruiting for us.
You should have a passion and knack for communicating with people. Your role will primarily consist of hiring applicants and communicating with our team on a daily basis. You should be well-organized, accustomed to keeping records of all your conversations, and able to find the best communication channels to use with different people.
