We expect our Financial Controller / Analyst to…

We’re looking for an analytical financial controller to take charge of all things accounting and financial. We need a budget and numbers expert ready to oversee the next chapter of the company’s growth.

As a Controller, you will be responsible for cash flow analysis and planning, cost accounting, budgeting, and the creation of systems and procedures to help us accomplish all the above.

You will work closely with our accounting team — a bookkeeper and CPA who are responsible for processing all payments and submitting reports to tax authorities.

Responsibilities

Manage operational expenses and overheads (reporting, controlling and analysis)
Proactively monitor all expenses and keep the company on budget
Conduct monthly expense closing process and create and accurate and consistent record of all transactions
Actively participate in budgeting process and create analysis of fiscal planning strategies
Prepare monthly forecasts, plan vs fact analysis, and other managerial reports
Develop corresponding documentation and document processes
Communicate with external partners, including payment service providers, banks and financial institutions
Structure revenue and expense agreements

Required Skills and Experience

You’re result-oriented and highly ambitious. You should be responsible, independent, and willing to stand by your results
You’re proficient in Excel
You sweat the small details and have strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Nice to Have

(But not required)

Experience in auditing, accounting, financial analysis or other related fields
Experience with production costing, planning, and analysis tools
