New Win Back Flow in Klaviyo

– Hi this is Andriy from email marketing NYC. Everybody knows about win-back flow, where somebody purchased from you once or a few times, and let’s say 60 days or 45 days, 60 days or 90 days passed. And you want to hit them with another email saying, Hey, like, it’d been a while since you last time purchase. Here are the offer, right here’s a discount or right here is something else buy again from us. And it worked well for everybody. I mean, for most of the e-commerce stores and nothing’s wrong with that win-back campaign at all. However with new Klaviyo features, there might be smarter way to do it. And I come up with some concept, which you can test and I’m testing right now. I can not say if it works because I’m still testing. But also I want to show that as are possible ways to create flows and it might trigger inspiration and you might come up with some other ideas. And if you do, please share them below this video so me and other will learn from you as well. So I’ll show you one client’s profile, one profile and predictive analytics. So Klaviyo included machine learning. And as you can see, August 27th 2018, was the first order, then there was another order on October 2nd. And there’s expected date of. Honestly, I’m not sure what is this, but basically they predict, the Klaviyo machine learning predicts that they will spend another $21 and they predict that they will make 0.35 orders. And the average time between orders is 37 days. So what it tells you, so it tells you that between like maybe 37, 40 days, you want to hit them with another email and tell them, Hey, buy again. So instead of waiting the same amount of time for everybody, like 60 days or 70 days. You can cast them your win-back campaign on your customer behavior. So is this is a segment I created and the flow I created this fell for this. So average day between orders is greater than 30 days. Average days between orders is less than 45 days. So it says that the average days that Klaviyo expects based on their behavior. They purchase, typically they buy, they make orders between 30 to 45 days, and has play zero orders in last 45 days. So this is a segment and then I created, then I created flow. As you can see, I set testing because I want to see. And so anybody who joins that segment will wait one hour and they will receive the same email that we show for win-back. But this will be tailored more to people with that average or order time. You can create the same thing for like I don’t know, 20 days, 70 days. So don’t send like, the idea is to send email based on their behavior and not to send the same email to everybody because they did not buy for 60 days. So I can not tell you it’s better or worse because I’m still testing. And when I get the results I’ll report, but at this moment, this is what I come up with. Again, if you have a better idea or you come up with azar flows where you use predictable analytics, please let me know, because this part is very powerful. And if you have like a lot of data, you can target your subscribers even more and convince them to buy your product. And also the life like customer journey will be much, much, much better because you know when they need something.
